• During holidays, please allow 2–5 business days for processing.
• High order volume, large orders, or those requiring additional information may take longer.

• Ground Shipping: Typically 5–7 business days, depending on location.
• Priority Shipping: Usually 1–3 business days, depending on origin, destination, and drop-off time. Note: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Free Shipping & Gift Policy

Orders qualify for free shipping and promotional gifts only when the minimum purchase requirements are met. If an order is modified at checkout and no longer meets the threshold, eligibility for these promotions will be removed — even if they still appear on the invoice.
