SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed for shipping Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS. Once you receive your tracking information, please allow 24 to 48 business hours for updates. At Iron Outlaws, we are committed to providing the highest level of customer service. Our ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with our customers, and we will do everything we can to ensure your experience with us makes you want to return time and again.

Holidays

Kindly allow 2-5 business days for order processing during the holiday season.

ORDER PROCESSING

Our standard processing time for in-stock items is 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times are not included in the estimated delivery times. High order volumes over the weekend may also impact your processing time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays. Additionally, larger orders, those requiring extra customer information, or items that are out of stock may require additional processing time.

 

SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS

Please note that shipping lead times are based on when your items are shipped, not when the order was placed.

Ground shipping generally takes 5 to 7 days, depending on your location.

Priority shipping typically has an expected delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days, depending on the origin, destination, and drop-off time. Please note that the expected delivery date is not accompanied by a money-back guarantee.

Thank you for purchasing Shipping Protection for your order! This added coverage ensures that your items are fully protected in case of damage, loss, or theft during transit. If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as receiving a damaged package, missing items, or delays, we’re here to help.

How to File a Claim:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: If there’s any issue with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Email us at contact@ironoutlaws.com with the subject line “Shipping Protection Claim” and include the following details:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue (e.g., damage, missing items, or lost package)
    • Clear photos of the damaged items or packaging (if applicable)
    • Any relevant tracking or shipping information
  2. We'll Handle the Rest: Once we receive your claim, we’ll quickly review the details and work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue. If your claim is eligible, we’ll send a replacement immediately.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you are missing an item or receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement at no shipping cost to you.

If a product is missing from your order, please contact us. Once we verify the claim, we will send you the missing item. All orders are documented and photographed before shipping to prevent fraudulent claims.

Supplements and clearance items are non-refundable. If you choose to return or exchange any eligible item, you will be responsible for shipping costs. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging and unworn. Worn items, items with damage, and cologne or perfume will not be eligible for return/exchange.
Customers must submit a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

Customs and Duty Fees Policy

For customers outside of the United States, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Since we do not collect any customs or duty fees at the time of checkout, we recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.

  • Customers outside the USA are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and fees that may be incurred.
  • We do not include these charges in the total at checkout, so they will be billed separately by your local customs office or courier.
  • If you refuse to accept a package due to customs fees, or if the package is returned to us for any reason, any shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from your refund.
